What service do you offer?

We are a bridal couturier brand. This means we are a bridal fashion design house that makes custom wedding dresses tailored to our client’s specific requirements, and body measurements. We are not a bridal boutique as we do not sell wedding dresses off the rack or other brands at our store.

What is the cost of a custom wedding dress?

Each dress is unique, and this reflects on the price of your custom wedding dress. Typically our prices start at $2000, contact us for a quote on your desired style.

What is the turnaround time for making my custom wedding dress?

From consultation to delivery, we require at least 4 months to thoughtfully craft your dress. If you would like your dress sooner, let us know. 

How do I buy a wedding dress?

Begin your journey by booking your experience here. During your appointment, you will have an in-depth discussion with our designer on the details of your wedding dress, which includes hand drawn original sketches of your dress.

When you approve the final sketch and decide to make your wedding dress with us, we collect part payment and commence crafting your dress. After fittings and before pickup or delivery, we collect balance payment of your custom wedding dress.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our designs, we have the following cancellation and modification policy:

1. Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 5 days of payment being received.

2. After this 5-day window, you may still request a cancellation, but any refund issued will be less the cost of trims, fabrics, and materials already purchased for your gown, as well as a 5% administrative fee.

3. If no materials have been purchased at the time of cancellation, you will receive a refund minus the 5% administrative fee.

4. Please note: Consultation fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time, expertise, and personalized design planning provided during your appointment.
