Fees and Policies

Consultation Fee

We provide experiential knowledge of wedding dress design, knowledge of fabrics, and advice on choosing the perfect silhouette for your unique body type. In addition, all details of your dress in form of notes and original hand drawn sketches of designs approved by you (the bride) will be collated. This effort attracts a non-refundable fee of $70CAD. However, if you decide to make your dream dress with us, the fee is deducted from the cost of your dress.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Miedor Eporwei Bridal, we are proud to offer a truly bespoke experience. Each bridal gown and custom veil is meticulously made-to-order, crafted exclusively to reflect your unique measurements, style preferences, and design specifications.

Because of the highly personalized nature of our process, all bridal gowns and custom veils are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once production begins, your gown or veil is individually tailored and hand-crafted just for you. These pieces cannot be resold, repurposed, or restocked. This policy reflects our commitment to exclusivity, precision craftsmanship, and a deeply personal bridal experience.

Shipping

All shipping costs will be calculated and included in your invoice based on your delivery location and preferred shipping method.

We are pleased to offer free local pickup at our boutique in Downtown Edmonton. If you prefer this option, simply let us know when booking or ordering.
