Appointment Required
To provide you with the best possible experience, all visits are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. -
Appointment Duration
Each bridal appointment lasts 50 minutes. This allows enough time to try on several styles and discuss your vision with our designer. -
Guests
We recommend bringing up to 2–3 guests whose opinion you value most. Our boutique has limited space, and we aim to keep the environment calm and intimate. -
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment. -
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, kindly let us know 24–48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another bride. -
Children Policy
We kindly ask that you do not bring young children (younger than 7 years old) to the appointment to ensure a safe and relaxed environment. -
Photography Policy
Feel free to take photos and videos during your appointment — of yourself, the dresses, or anything else you'd like to remember your visit. We love seeing you capture the moment! -
Trying On Dresses
We take great care of our gowns and samples to ensure every bride has a perfect experience. While makeup is not restricted, we would greatly appreciate it if you come without makeup to help protect the dresses from accidental stains. -
Health & Safety
Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. We maintain a clean and private environment for every guest.
