Returns
Your dress has been made specifically for you based on your design and body measurements, therefore we can’t offer a refund or exchange on garments that have been completed or/and delivered.

However, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund, your dress must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Any dress not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days (weekend days included) after delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds Within 14 days & if Applicable
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email your return has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and payment refunded to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your banking institution or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

To return your item(s), we require a notification email of intent of return BEFORE you send your dress to us.

Please do not send your dress back before emailing us.
